Ted Guice Fitness is a Palm Springs–based personal training and nutrition coaching business known for its highly engaged fitness community and signature G-Force workouts.

When we partnered, Ted had a thriving in-person community but limited digital infrastructure and no clear path toward online monetization, a key goal as he prepared for eventual retirement.

The opportunity was to transform an already passionate client base into a scalable digital brand with long-term revenue potential.

3. YouTube Growth Strategy

Developed a consistent video production and publishing system:

• 1 long-form video per week

• 3 YouTube Shorts per week

• Script development and copywriting

• Professional branding and graphics

• Intro/outro production

4. Social Media Ecosystem

Previously, Ted relied primarily on his personal Facebook account.
